Nudist Beaches have been growing in popularity as the years go by. What used to be a very exclusive sector of beach tourism years ago is growing to an important slice of the pie lately.

You’ll find naturist beaches all over the world, or let’s say in most part of the world. It depends of the heritage of certain countries that due to prudish reasons still don’t allow this type of beaches. It also depends on locations. In my opinion you need a warm weather to enjoy a nude beach.

There are thousands of these beaches and we are going to pinpoint the Top 10. With a lot of research we found these to be the best of all.

Nugal Beach is one of Croatia's Nudist Beaches

Playa d'Es Cavallet, Ibiza, Spain

Ibiza is one of the four Balearic Islands and the most popular of the four. Playa d'Es Cavallet is a naturist beach that offers space for all.

The broad beach of sand dunes has an area on the north suited for “prudes’ and families with children. The middle section is for couples and the southern part is a Gay Beach.

The beach has many little bars and pubs and the ambiance is always happy. The great sand is perfect for beach volley ball or just a leisurely stroll.

Leucate Plage, France

It is located north of Perpignan, France . It is a white sand beach classical to the Mediterranean. The waters are calm and suited for families with children.

The beach features a few naturist resorts that share it, but it is open to everyone that shares the taste for naturism. Here you’ll find first time skinny dippers as well as veteran nudists that return here year after year.

Swanbourne Beach, Perth, Australia

Perth is on the west side of Australia and must know that is so far away from Sydney, like New York is away from San Francisco. Swanbourne Beach features great white sand dunes and clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean and is an attraction for hundreds of naturists. Here you are allowed to take off all clothes.

Those people wearing clothes are frowned upon. In other words if you came all the way to this beach, you better go nude.

During the summer months of January and February (Southern Hemisphere) they hold the Nude Olympics on this beach attracting everybody for a family type event.

Haulover Beach, Florida USA

Haulover Beach is located in Sunny Isles Beach north of Miami Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, Florida’s eastern coast.

It is very much visited by people from around the world that look for these great white sand beaches to go bare.

Close to the Metropolitan city of Miami it is no surprise this beach is so popular.

The nudist beach is about 800 yards long and manned by its own lifeguards. The police also patrols the area without interfering with the activities of the beach. There are sun beds, umbrellas and refreshments available as well as an easy parking safe for your car.

Banana Beach, Greece

Banana Beach is located on the southwest coast of the Island of Skiathos. The name is given to a group of three naturist beaches.

Little Banana, Big Banana and a small beach separated by a rocky outcrop. It has been for year a heaven for naturists from all over Europe.

The white sands and blue waters with the background of green forests, attract many of them jut for the beauty of the scene. Little Beach and the little strip behind the outcrop are the most popular for nudism.

This beach is frequented by everybody. Many people come just for the beauty of this beach and keep their bathing suits on.

During peak season, nudist bathing is mostly on Little Banana which has been called the best bear beach in Greece by many travel and beach publications.

In Prudish Mexico Tulum Beach is one of the best Nudist Beaches

Valalta, Croatia

It is located in the Istrian Peninsula south of Trieste and near Rovijn, in the beautiful coastal country of Croatia, one of the former Yugoslavian Republics.

This is truly a stress free nudist beach and has been voted many times as the best Nudist Beach in Croatia. The beaches are sandy and rocky at the same time and features many secluded coves lined by vineyards and olive trees.

Bellevue Beach, Klanpenburg, Denmark

This beach is north of Copenhagen, Denmark, located in the suburb of Klanpenburg.

From it you may see the country of Sweden and Bresund Bridge that unites the two countries. This beach is mostly used on summers because of the northern latitude of Denmark.

It may be very crowded on sunny days. The northern part of the beach is considered a gay beach; the rest is used by people of both sexes.

Haulover Beach in Florida is one of the Best Nude Beaches in USA

Morfa Dyffryn, North Wales, UK

This is considered the best Nudist beach of the United Kingdom by many. Morfa Dyffryn is located on the Welsh coast between Barmouth and Harlech. It is frequented by hundreds of naturists on warm summer days.

The waters and enjoyably clear on this beautiful one mile beach which seems crowded because being so small.

Visitors include couples, families and singles. The north side of the beach is frequented by a mostly gay crowd.

Orient Beach, St Martin, West Indies

Orient Beach is located in St Martin, the French part of the island shared with Dutch St Maarten.

To get there you either come by ferry from neighboring Anguilla, a no-no island for nude bathing, or by yacht from any of the other islands. Or you may fly from North America and Europe to the Queen Juliana Airport on the Dutch side of the island.

This is the biggest and best known of Nudist Beaches in the Caribbean. The naturist section is located at the south end of the beach and is accessible to all due to the local laws that consider all beaches open to the public.

You can even have lunch completely naked at Club Orient's outdoor restaurant, as evidenced by the sign that says "No shirt, no problem."

The white sands and clear water besides the vegetation that surrounds the beach are a compliment to a great naturist vacation.

Swanbourne Beach is located in Perth on Australia's Western Coast

Tulum Beach, Mayan Riviera Mexico

Tulum Beach is near the Mayan Ruins of Tulum. To get there you have to drive more than an hour south of Cancun and pass the resort area of Playa del Carmen. This beach is so beautiful that the sights are awe inspiring.

The place is a quiet and secluded corner in the Mayan Riviera to enjoy a naturist vacation. You may wander nude anywhere on the beach the cabanas or on the blue Caribbean Sea.

The nearby ruins and cenotes (like lagoons) are ideal for swimming, snorkeling or diving.
